It Takes a Pillage is a Bedrock port of a well-known mod that expands the pillagers' presence in the world. They started with watchtowers and have since expanded to wooden forts and massive castles.

But territorial expansion wasn't the only thing that evolved among the pillagers. Their ranks have been reinforced with trained fighters, including archers, legionnaires, skirmishers, and clay golems.

When I was fighting a legionnaire, it masterfully used its shield to block all of my spam attacks. The only time I had an opportunity to strike was when the mob was about to hit me, creating a brief opening.

I think the addon is great if you're the type of player who likes challenging combat and wants additional points of interest in your world.
