Helicopters – wrath from the sky
Helicopters might just be the best airborne method of travel in Minecraft Bedrock. While they don’t quite fit the game’s vanilla medieval-fantasy theme, they’re perfect if you’re aiming for a more modern experience. Unlike planes, helicopters don’t need a runway to take off, and landing them in tight spots—like forests or mountain tops—is a breeze. The only potential downside is one realistic detail: helicopters require fuel. Fortunately, it’s easy to obtain.

This addon features a wide selection of helicopters—some from the civilian sector, others built for cargo transport, and several designed for military use.
Hydrogen Tank Entity – fill it by using a bucket of water. The water is instantly converted to hydrogen—no block storage needed. Right-click tank with an empty gallon to obtain a full hydrogen gallon. Each helicopter requires only 1 gallon to refuel.
Hold the key item and interact with the helicopter to start or stop the engine. On mobile, a toggle button will appear above the experience bar.
