Befriend, play with, and take care of your pets with the Rodent Companions addon for Bedrock. Having a pet comes with responsibilities for its owner.

Take Care of Your Pets

With this addon, you can't just get a hamster and leave it to fend for itself. Pets have their own needs, such as sleep, satiety, fun, cleanliness, and water, as well as an additional trust parameter that you need to maintain. Keeping these parameters high will help increase the bond of trust between you and your pet.

To help you care for your pets, the addon features items like drinking bowls, sleeping mats, feeders, and toys. You can also check your pets' stats by pointing a magnifying glass at them.

Different pets prefer different foods. A good way to check what kind of food your pet likes is to hold it in your hand. If the pet starts following you, it's their favorite food. From my experience, smaller rodents prefer seeds, while bigger ones prefer apples and vegetables.
