Realistic Survival addon
Realistic Survival is a Minecraft PE addon that raises the stakes of everyday survival by adding two vital new mechanics: thirst and temperature. No longer can you roam the world carefree—if your hydration meter runs dry, your character dies.

Temperature plays an equally critical role. If you're in a hot biome or exposed to too much sun, your character can suffer from heatstroke. In contrast, cold environments risk freezing you unless you're wearing the right clothing. To round out the survival experience, the addon adds matches, giving you a reliable way to start fires when warmth is essential. You can craft a portable Heater and Cooler device to help you adapt quickly to environmental changes, going from one biome to another.
But water isn't a quick fix either; it must be purified before it's safe to drink. You’ll need to craft a Canteen, fill it from a water source, and then boil it on a campfire to make it usable.
To fill a Canteen, just drop yourself into any water source. You can drink unpurified water just as it is, but it will have a negative effect on the character's health. You can store purified water in special barrels for your convenience.
