Custom NPCs

Custom NPCs provides all the tools you need to create unique quest givers, village guards, and custom shopkeepers. The addon lays the foundation for building complex, interactive RPG experiences right inside Minecraft Bedrock — and it does so in an amazingly approachable way.

Here is how simple it is to get started:

• Summon the NPC into your world using the spawn items found in the Creative inventory.
• Tap on the NPC to open its configuration menu.
• Customize its properties by navigating through the menu options.
• Select a behavior type: Guard, Follow, Patrol, or Group.
• Change the NPC's appearance and equipment, and assign it a custom name.
• Set up a unique trade table or craft a custom quest.

All of this is accomplished simply by toggling a few options in the menu and filling out text fields. In just a few minutes, I created a quest giver for my world who asks players to hunt down two Creepers in exchange for Emeralds!

In the right hands, Custom NPCs becomes a powerful creative tool for storytelling and designing interactive scenarios for solo play or multiplayer servers.
