A Deserted World (Literally)
Right off the bat, it becomes clear that this addon isn't meant to be played standalone. It provides "good bones," but it requires the "meat" that other addons provide. While you get exactly what is advertised — abandoned city generation — that is where it ends. To get the most out of this, I highly recommend installing a zombie addon and a firearms pack.
Room for Improvement
The city generation can be a bit humorous at times — I even found a settlement in the middle of the ocean (no wonder they’re deserted!). The city grid planning can also be a bit strange, though to be honest, it's no worse than how vanilla Minecraft villages are often generated.
