Jerry's Colonies — town managment
Jerry's Colonies is a town-building and management addon for Bedrock, inspired by Minecolonies. It allows you to establish a colony and quickly set up a dozen premade buildings in whatever layout you wish. As the mayor of the town, your responsibilities include overseeing the welfare of your citizens, ensuring long-term resource stability, and protecting the colony from raids.
It can also be a lot of fun to play with friends, as you can establish diplomatic relations with other settlements, choosing between war or alliances.

This will bring you access to the Mod Tool, which can be used to add other players to your settlement, ensuring they have the necessary rights to build and interact with your colony. It also allows you to control the prices of the items sold in shops. Rename or delete your colony, change its flag, etc.

The next major step in establishing your colony is raising the flag on a set of fences. Make sure it’s placed high enough so that everyone around your settlement can see it proudly waving. It will serve as the heart of your colony.

Every city's Mayor requires a working table, and so will you. As the biggest man (or woman) in town, through the Mayor's Table, you can buy building Blueprints.

Each blueprint will cost you some emeralds, but it's still a good deal because you can instantly erect a whole building with it.

Building with blueprints requires some skill and experience. On paper, you just need to tap on the spot where you want to build while holding a blueprint, and it will show you the outline and the space it will occupy. After that, there’s a 10-second wait, during which the game asks for your confirmation and gives you the option to cancel.
But I had some trouble figuring out which way the building would end up facing. Although the mod tries to help by allowing you to undo the construction, there were occasions when it didn’t work as intended, and my poorly placed house remained standing with its entrance facing the wrong direction, away from the town. Ultimately, trial and error is a way to go with blueprints.

After you’ve finished building, you can start inviting villagers to your settlement. To do this, go to the Mayor’s Table and be prepared to spend a hefty amount of Emeralds to get new citizens.

Once they appear in your town, you can assign them a job. They can become a Fisher, Miner, Hunter, Builder, and more. Keep in mind that the job selection cannot be changed, so choose wisely.

From time to time, citizens will have a yellow exclamation mark above their head, which means their job is done, and you can collect your tax in resources. As you’d expect, each job yields a different type of resource.

One of the random events that can happen to your colony is a raid by marauders. They will plunder and destroy your settlement if you are not prepared to defend it.

Another neat feature is the ability to build a ship and become a sailor. A blueprint for the ship can be purchased at the Mayor’s Table.
