Aging addon
Start as a child and watch your character age, becoming taller and stronger. You’ll begin the game as a kid, with limited movement speed, health points, and energy. Survival is much harder in these early stages of growth. After some time, your character will become a teenager, with doubled health points and increased height. Only upon reaching adulthood will your character be fully ready to challenge mobs like zombies and creepers. In the final stage of aging, you become old, and all of your abilities gradually start to decline.

The addon will not work in existing worlds by default, you can either start a new world or use the following command to make it work in an old world: /event entity @s cl_baby
