These variants give zombies unique visual appearances when they spawn, depending on the biome and a specific spawn chance. The odds of running into two zombies with the exact same appearance are surprisingly low — unless you stay in one place, as zombie models are tied to specific biomes. For instance, in colder biomes like the Tundra, you'll notice slightly less variety since most zombies spawn wearing similar winter clothing.
