How to Obtain the Ashen Greatsword
The Ashen Greatsword is a hovering blade capable of changing its size at the wielder's will. It comes with four skills: launching giant skulls, summoning falling swords, a rooting ability, and an enormous cleaving swing.
- Find an Ashen Biome.
- Fight skeletons there to obtain the Ashen Skull drop.
- Locate an altar in the local ruins.
- Defeat the animated Ashen Greatsword boss.
- Consume its soul to claim its power.
How to Obtain the Blade of the Ancients
The Blade of the Ancients is a sword imbued with pure magic. It holds five magical skills: Force Cube, Magic Leap, Containment Field, Celestial Strike, and Graviton.
- Find a Magic Forest.
- Fight local mobs to collect a Moon Fragment.
- Use the fragment to summon an entity from the altar in the ruins.
- Defeat the spawned mob and claim its powers.
Final Thoughts
I really liked how straightforward the progression is in this addon. You fight specific mobs and bosses to get the exact items you want — simple and rewarding. I also appreciated how detailed and well-animated the Ashen Greatsword is; the way it floats around your character makes it feel truly alive!
