Mailboxes addon

How to Send Parcels:
- Place a wooden mailbox anywhere in the world.
- Interact with the mailbox to assign it a name.
- Place a Post Box.
- Add items to the Post Box's inventory.
- Use a Package item and interact with the Post Box to open the shipping form.
- Select the recipient player and their destination mailbox from the list to send the parcel.
Tapping on the lower part of the Mailbox or Post Box will open its inventory. The top part will open the Registration or Edit menu.
