Ben 10 Ultimate
With the Ben 10 Ultimate mod, you can become part of the animated universe and acquire an Omnitrix. If you’ve watched the show, you know that the Omnitrix is an alien device that allows Ben Tennyson to transform into different aliens and gain their powers. That’s exactly how it works in Minecraft Bedrock.

When you enter the world, you’ll find a mysterious box in your inventory. Placing it on the ground and opening it will reveal the Omnitrix. Once you wear it, an interface will appear, which may be a little confusing at first. On PC, the right mouse button corresponds to “Use,” while Crouch + RMB lets you scroll between menus. On mobile, the same actions are done by tapping or holding a tap, though I haven’t tested this myself.
The interface can be tricky to understand at first, especially since part of it is in Spanish. I also recommend doing a calibration first (by selecting that option in the menu) to make sure the Omnitrix works properly with your character.
Once you transform into one of the four available aliens, you’ll see that each has unique powers. You can also switch between them using Crouch + RMB. For example, I was able to fly and throw fiery explosive balls with one alien.
Overall, this addon checks all the boxes for the perfect Ben 10 experience in Minecraft.
