Here's the full list of changes

• Iron items can be made of Copper instead
  
• Dynamic lights
  
• Off-hand torches, lanterns, lava buckets, and other light-emitting items
  
• Horses and Camels can swim, and will not dismount you in the water
  
• You can put chests on Horses and other mounts
  
• Two people can ride one horse
  
• Crafting recipes for Music Discs, Name Tags, Horse Armor, Scaffolding, Leash, Elytra Wings
  
• You can tame White Bears, Frogs, and Axolotls with Bones
  
• You can ride White Bears
  
• Make artifacts that grant you passive bonuses
  
• Use Mount Horn on your Horse or Camel to be able to summon them at will
  
• Happy Ghasts go faster, and can carry chests
