True Zombie Survival add-on
A desolate world offers no second chances to the weak. Danger lurks around every corner, whether from the undead or your own kind. True Zombie Survival is the ultimate test of resolve in an apocalyptic wasteland.

Every day, you are exposed to a dead world — crumbling buildings and rotting creatures. You are a scavenger in a constant search for food, firearms, and medicine. You begin with a Guidebook containing essential survival information. Both killing zombies and scavenging abandoned buildings will yield loot, but resources are scarce.

Your goal is to vaccinate infected survivors to create a thriving community of immune humans (i.e., Villagers), passing immunity down to their children.
It’s a multi-step, immersive process that simulates real-world science:

The vaccination of survivors is a quest of its own, and it won't be an easy one. First, you'll need to earn the survivors' trust; you need 1,500 Survival Points accumulated to start vaccination. Even with the points, they can still refuse to be vaccinated — persistence pays off. Once vaccinated, you can invite them to your base.
When a male and female survivor settle in, you’ll know she's pregnant when you speak to her at night. Soon, a new immune baby will be born and grow into a full Villager. In time, you can trade with them just like normal Villagers.

- Brew the ethanol and separate it into individual vials.
- Use a solar-powered Blender to extract blood from the Zombie Heart.

Survival Mechanics
- Thirst: Beyond hunger, hydration is critical. Quench your thirst with river water, soda, or energy drinks found in the wasteland.
- Energy: Keep a sharp eye on your Energy meter. It regenerates over time, but the speed depends on your hunger and hydration levels. Letting these meters drop will result in severe penalties.
- Toxicity: Getting hit by zombies increases your Toxicity level. You must treat this with medicine quickly, or you will succumb to sickness.
- Injuries: Avoid fall damage at all costs; broken legs will significantly slow you down.
