Item Physics addon
The Item Physics addon forces items thrown on the ground to lie flat, obeying the laws of physics. Blocks that used to float several centimeters above the ground will now behave completely differently. This applies to more than just hard surfaces; items with natural buoyancy will float on the surface of water — or lava, provided they don't burn. There are many mods that increase realism in Minecraft Bedrock, but this is easily one of the best.

To pick up items from the ground, you must hit them or tap each one manually, giving you more control over what you collect. Alternatively, you can Sneak to pick up all surrounding items at once.
