Universal Pack Renewed
The Universal Pack is not a shader, but it certainly gives the appearance and vibe of one by enhancing the visuals. Unlike many other resource packs, this one adds extra effects to Minecraft PE, such as leaf-swaying animations and new reflections. The advantage of it being a resource pack, rather than a shader, is its high level of compatibility across different platforms. Another benefit is that it doesn't impact the game's performance at all.
