Dynamic Lights addon
Dynamic Lights is an addon that changes how light emission works in Minecraft PE. In the vanilla game, light emission is an exclusive feature of a limited number of blocks, and it works only with the already placed blocks. With Dynamic Lights, all of those items, plus many more new ones, will emit light even on the go when you're holding them.

What new items will be glowing:
Here you can see how the radius of the light emission changes depending on the distance of the light source from the surface.
The addon lets you hold torches in your off-hand, giving you constant light while you do other tasks.
All light-emitting items and blocks will glow even being thrown on the ground.
