Completionist
Completionist is an addon that tracks all the blocks you've collected, biomes you've visited, and mobs you've slain in Minecraft!
By using the collection tracking item provided to you, you can easily view your current progress at any time. Minecraft features hundreds of distinct blocks and items, so collecting every single one is a massive achievement.

Note that Completionist does not support third-party addons. As you can see in my screenshots, non-vanilla items display a generic placeholder icon instead of their actual textures.
