Angling is an addon revolving around fish; it adds new species to rivers along with ways to farm them. I've dived into the murky depths of this new content and am now ready to share what I found!

How to Catch & Farm Fish

Probably the most important thing you need to know is: don't try to catch them with a fishing rod! I spent ten minutes trying that with zero luck. Instead, grab a Water Bucket, jump straight into the river, and tap the fish to pick it up. This lets you transport live fish to whatever reservoir or tank you've prepared.

To set up a farm:

• Place two fish of the same species together.
• Feed them Worms (which can be found hiding in Mud) to make them breed.
• Enjoy your new automated fish farm!

Beyond standard fish, you can breed other aquatic creatures as well: Crabs (feed with Cod or Salmon) and Sea Slugs (using Algae).

Another key detail is that the new species are distributed across different biomes. If the first river you jump into feels a bit empty, try exploring elsewhere! Finally, if you ever feel lost while playing, you can always consult the handy in-game guide book.
