MineRedone
MineRedone is designed to rebalance the whole game, add meaning to the progression, and improve QoL. The addon has no defined theme — it just adds a lot of content, and that content is oftentimes not limited to the Minecraft world, incorporating fantasy elements from outside it.

About the World Generation
The addon supposedly impacts world generation in the form of biomes and structure generation. However, during my play session I haven't noticed any of that — outside of perhaps some peculiar new tree generation, the structures were so rare and the changes so minuscule. MineRedone would definitely benefit from an increase in spawn rates.

Mobs, Bosses, and Riding Elephants
The addon adds a significant amount of new creatures, ranging from background critters like birds, to animals you can encounter in the wild, to fantasy-inspired monsters. Yetis and Ogres coexist here with Deer and Eagles.

An interesting part for me was the ability to tame Bears and Elephants. Bears can be tamed by feeding them Raw Fish, and Elephants by giving them Apples. Both can be dressed in unique battle armor. Bears serve mostly as battle companions, while Elephants can be saddled and ridden. You can also stand on them like on the platform of a flying Ghast and shoot arrows. You will find good use for these battle pets.

The hostile mobs department has something to offer as well. You will encounter wild animals, giant scorpions, goblins, and dire wolves. But the biggest challenges are the two bosses: the Inferno, boss of the Nether, and Glacier, boss of the Ice Peaks.

An Arsenal of Ancient Weaponry
It wouldn't be complete without an arsenal of weaponry. I found a number of interesting and highly varied weapons in this addon. Each weapon has some sort of special attack. One sword launched me into the air and then let me slowly fall back down. There are bombs you can throw to create an explosion, staves that hurl fireballs, and a simple poisonous spear.

MineRedone is a lot of content spread thin across multiple biomes and dimensions — one that I'm sure will be fun to explore in spite of its weaknesses.
