To tag someone as a victim:
Use /tag PLAYER_NAME add victim (replacing PLAYER_NAME with the target’s in-game name).

Herobrine appears and creeps toward the victim before vanishing.
Herobrine totem: /function herobrine_totem
Summons a lightning-struck totem and turns the world to night.
Full-screen jumpscare: /function jumpscare
Herobrine's face fills the screen with sound and darkness effects.
Creepy Smile jumpscare: /function creepy_smile
Disables movement and displays a scary grin with unsettling sounds.
Fake Steve: /function fake_steve
