Beforecraft addon
Beforecraft is a large-scale strategy addon for Minecraft that transforms your survival world into a battlefield of factions, bases, and army-building. It introduces systems for summoning troops, constructing outposts, gathering resources, and leading armies into war against cursed enemies and rival factions. Your journey begins with summoning a Master Builder and choosing a faction, which sets the foundation for your base and defines your role in the world. From there, you’ll gather resources, protect villagers, expand your army with swordsmen, archers, siege units, and even armored elephants, and prepare for large-scale faction wars.

To begin, you need a Summoning Pearl. Throw the pearl to spawn a Master Builder.
Important: Don’t place them too close to another faction’s base, or it may cause problems.
Once your Master Builder is placed:
Give them a faction ribbon (this determines your team). This step is essential — you won’t be able to build or summon units without it.

After choosing a faction: The Master Builder will give you some starting buildings. Place them to form your base. Wait around 4 minutes for your first villagers to spawn. Protect these villagers — your base depends on them.

To grow your base, you need materials. There will be bunch of villagers in your settlement that will happily exchange you resources for some food:
Miner: Trade cooked meat for gold, coal, and diamonds.
Hunter: Trade emeralds for raw meat.
Merchant: Offers trades for other useful goods.

Now it’s time to build your forces:

Use a Builder’s Hammer or Toolbox to repair any damaged buildings. Keep an eye out for attacks from renegades, Nether mobs, or other threats.

As your base grows, so does your army. Unlock elite units like Knights, Samurai, and Elite Archers. Equip them with advanced weapons like Katana Samurai, Pirate Sabers, and even deploy Armored Elephants.

Build mines, trading outposts, and special buildings to strengthen your economy. Lead your forces into epic battles against enemy factions. Explore for legendary items that can give you powerful advantages in combat or defense.
The Bandits are a ruthless faction that relies on scavenging, slavery, and brute force to build their army.
Cannibalism & Recruiting
Building an army of Renegades is hard work. You need Mob Skulls to recruit them, and you’ll need help from the Cannibals to get them. Feed Human Meat to wild Cannibals. After a few tries, they will join your side and follow you. Take your Cannibals to raid villages. They will devour villager corpses, leaving behind Human Flesh and a clean Skeleton.
Stealing Resources
Bandits don't trade; they take. You can steal resources directly from the corpses of fallen villagers. Interact with a villager's corpse to steal their items. You must be wearing a Mob Head (Skull) to steal. If you try to loot a corpse without wearing a skull, the body will not respond, and you will get nothing.
Slavery & Labor
Use a Bandit Captain to convert villagers into Slaves. Assign slaves with jobs like Miner to make them work for you.
