Instant Houses addon
The Instant Houses addon allows you to become a proud Minecraft homeowner in minutes. There's no need to manually build your own house anymore; simply purchase one from the Real Estate agent. This new type of villager wears a black suit and can be found in the Plains biome. For a small fee in Emeralds, he will sell you dozens of houses.
The house comes in the form of an item that you can place in your desired location. You can then finalize the build using a Construction tool. Some houses are so large that they may cause lag in your world upon spawning. Additionally, all of the houses come fully furnished, allowing you to move in right away.
