PokeBedrock addon
PokéBedrock is an ambitious addon for Minecraft Bedrock Edition that brings the full Pokémon experience into the game. It introduces hundreds of Pokémon, a working battle and trading system, and many gameplay mechanics taken straight from the original Pokémon games.

When you first load into the world, you'll be greeted with a starter selection screen. Here, you can choose from several iconic Generation 1 Pokémon to begin your journey. This choice matters most in the early stages of the game, but you’ll soon be catching many more to build a full team. Along with your Pokémon, you’ll notice a special book-like item in your hotbar—this is the GUI activation tool. By sneaking and tapping, you can open the menu to manage your Pokémon, check stats, and handle other key features.

Catching Pokémon works much like in the original games. You’ll craft Pokéballs using Apricorns collected from trees in the wild. These are combined with other materials to create working Pokéballs. Once you weaken a wild Pokémon in battle, you can throw a Pokéball to attempt a catch. Healing is done at PokéCenters, where machines restore your team’s health so you can head back out into the world.

Battles in PokéBedrock are turn-based. You can fight wild Pokémon, NPC trainers, or even other players. PvP battles are initiated through chat commands, and each trainer can use up to six Pokémon just like in the real games. The combat system is easy to follow but includes all the important elements for strategy.
Another feature is the ability to trade Pokémon with other players. Trade machines can be crafted or found in PokéCenters. Simply interact with the machine, select the Pokémon you wish to trade, and confirm the exchange. This makes multiplayer progression more social and true to the spirit of Pokémon.
