Farmer's Delight addon
Farmer's Delight is a popular addon that enhances Minecraft's farming and cooking mechanics with new crops, foods, tools, and blocks. It's inspired by the Java Edition mod of the same name, but Moaswies has created this version specifically for Bedrock Edition. The gist of the mod is to simply expand on the farming crop variety in the game and introduce new food recipes based on them.

Unlike vanilla crops, these specialized plants require Delightful Dirt to properly grow. This enriched soil must be crafted specifically (see recipe below) and provides the unique nutrients these crops need to thrive. Once you've prepared your Delightful Dirt plots, you can plant your Tomato, Onion, and Cabbage seeds by right-clicking on the soil. Each crop has its own growth cycle and visual indicators of maturity.
Unlike most crops, Rice is planted directly in water blocks (not on farmland). It grows upward like sugar cane but requires water underneath.

The heart of Farmer's Delight's culinary system revolves around two essential tools: the Cooking Pot and the Cutting Board.
The Cooking Pot, crafted from iron ingots arranged in a U-shape with a water bucket in the center, serves as your primary cooking station. After placing it over a heat source like a campfire or furnace, you can begin adding ingredients by right-clicking the pot with the desired items in hand. The pot's interface allows you to combine multiple ingredients according to specific recipes.
Once all necessary components are added, the cooking process initiates automatically, with bubbling animations indicating the food is being prepared. When the dish is ready, simply right-click the pot with an empty hand to retrieve your freshly cooked meal.

Complementing the Cooking Pot is the Cutting Board, typically crafted from wooden slabs and sticks. This versatile tool allows for more precise food preparation. Place the board on any solid surface, then right-click it while holding the food item you wish to process. With your ingredient secured on the board, right-click again with a knife tool to cut, slice, or otherwise prepare the food.
