The Lands of Notch map
This map is probably the largest artificially built archipelago in Minecraft PE history. The islands are of a huge size, it will take days to explore them by foot, they are barely connected to each other and have different biomes: mesa, jungle, sand, giant mushrooms. The landscapes are beautiful and if you're careful enough you may even discover a few structures there, and the best part is that you can play survival on this map.
